Build Your Career in Financial Intelligence

We're looking for people who care about helping businesses make better decisions. Not corporate-speak enthusiasts or buzzword collectors — just folks who understand that real financial planning involves listening more than talking and solving actual problems rather than selling dreams.

Roles That Actually Matter

Full-Time

Financial Forecasting Analyst

You'll work with businesses trying to figure out where their money should go next quarter. And the quarter after that. Sometimes it's spreadsheets. Sometimes it's conversations about why their projections keep missing reality.

  • Build forecasting models that people can understand
  • Help clients spot patterns in their spending habits
  • Present findings without making people feel dumb
  • Review budget assumptions that might be optimistic

Full-Time

Budget Strategy Consultant

Small businesses come to us when their budgets look fine on paper but somehow never survive contact with reality. You'll help them build plans that account for actual human behavior and unexpected expenses.

  • Design budget frameworks for various industries
  • Identify spending leaks before they become problems
  • Teach clients to adjust plans as situations change
  • Support businesses through financial transitions

Client Education Specialist

Some clients need tools. Others need someone to explain why those tools matter. You'll create resources that help business owners understand their numbers without needing an accounting degree first.

  • Develop training materials for forecasting concepts
  • Run workshops on practical budgeting approaches
  • Write guides that skip the jargon
  • Answer questions that Google can't handle

Romy Falkenbach

I came here after working at a big firm where we'd spend weeks building elaborate forecasts that clients would ignore. Here, we start by asking what decisions they're actually trying to make. Then we build something useful for that specific purpose.

What surprised me most was how much listening matters. Half my job is understanding why someone's current approach isn't working. The other half is showing them alternatives without making them feel like they've been doing everything wrong.

"We're not selling certainty about the future. We're helping people make better guesses with the information they have."

Most days involve more conversations than calculations. Which makes sense when you realize that budgeting problems are usually people problems wearing number costumes.

How Joining Actually Works

We're not huge fans of the traditional interview circus. Here's what to expect if you're interested in working with us.

Initial Conversation

We talk about what you've done and what you're looking for. No trick questions about your biggest weakness. Just real talk about whether this might be a good fit.

Practical Assignment

You'll review a sample business scenario and suggest an approach. We pay for your time on this. We're interested in how you think through problems, not testing your ability to work for free.

Team Discussion

Meet some people you'd actually work with. Ask questions about the messy reality of the job. We'll do the same. Everyone leaves knowing more than when they arrived.

We're hiring throughout 2025 as client demand grows. If any of this resonates with you, send us a note. Tell us what you've been working on and what you're hoping to do next. We'll take it from there.
